why i can not login in to the Admin Web UI?
I can not open the page https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin
but I can open https://localhost:9443/jazz/ADMIN I use ADMIN/ADMIN as uname/pwd,but the page shows "opening... https://localhost:9443/jazz/j_security" for a long time.No result. why? Kindly help me in resolving this issue |

Can you give us a little more detail about what you did to setup your

starting the launchpad.exe.
setup with following steps: 1.jazz Team Server Express Edition 2.Rational Team concert - client I did not setup db2. then I start the jazz team server,and try to login the jazz admin web UI,but not success. |
What web browser are you using? You said that

I use IE6.0.

IE 6 is not an officially supported browser. Can you try using Firefox?

I have installed Firefox 3.0.
I try to login https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin,but the page shows "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The infinite redirect problem only occurs when part of the application
