A question in creating customer process template

The customer process template is based on the scrum template. After click "New->Process Template" in Process Template view, it will create a new template. Then I delete the old "Process Iterations Source" and copy the scrum's there. Also, I did the same thing to the "Process Configuration Source". After finishing other setup for the process template, then I create a project based on this new one. I got following error in Team Advisor

Error Creating Team Area

Problem
Development line 'line_1' does not exist.

Reason
The Setup Project participant can be used to configure project area initialization to perform various setup actions such as creating team areas, creating a stream, and creating a set of initial work items.

But, the "line_1" was defined in the old Process Iterations Source and which is deleted. Why still show this error?

It sounds like you are trying to make a copy of the Scrum template. If
that's true...there is no menu item to immediately duplicate it currently
available. You can however export the Scrum template using the File |
Export... menu item and then import it back in using the File | Import...
menu item. Upon import you'll be able to assign it a new name and process
ID giving you a copy of the Scrum template that you can then modify as you
see fit.

Follow-up on Don's posting.

To fix your current problem, search the process configuration source for
references to 'line_1'. My suspicion is that the follow-up actions for
project area initialization reference 'line_1'. This would imply that
the project configuration source and the iterations source are not
unchanged copies of the Scrum template ones.
