Licensing issue
I am not able to include rational team concert contributor and developer after uploading proper licensing keys available on xtreme leverage.
for me its showing 0 and 3 for contributor and developer respectively...however Inuse its 0.
is there anyway to unlock it till 250 ?

After installing the unlocked Developer and Contributor CALs, the web UI
allows you to enter the number of CALs that you purchased. If you
enter the number that you've purchased and save the changes, then more
CALs should be available for assignment.
