RRDI: Test Case and TER listing by RTC Story
I want to provide a test case listing and a TER listing by associated RTC Story so that we can see what is planned and what is executed by story. I've been looking in the Operational Data Store for this information (RTC Story), but the Development Items don't seem to appear there.
One complication - RTC resides in a separate JTS from RQM. I don't know if that will make this report impossible, but I don't have the ability to combine the tools on the same JTS at present.

Hello.
Stories are work items, which end up in the Request table in the warehouse. You can see tables with all the mapping from CLM concept to our product-independent warehouse here in the online help: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.rr.usage.doc/topics/c_datamodels.html
To see the test cases linked to stories you want then use the Request Related Test Cases relationship and filter the Request based on Type. Also check out the RQM sample reports that we ship. In the folder Summary there is a report called Traceability in CALM, which should be a good starting point.
About multiple JTS support: Insight supports this scenario (The CLM data collection jobs do not). All JTS and apps need to point to the same warehouse and you need to set-up your ETLs to get the data from all the sources. The Insight online help explains how this works.
Hope this helps,
Peter.
