Hi All,
I am getting this error in the ccm log - different WI Each time:

This causes an error at times - when the web page loads the plan or workitems for a long time..the configuration looks fine and we are able to save workitems.

What could be the cause of this error?

I'm also getting this error.  The value set populates when a user with Admin rights logs in, but for some standard users the value set does not populate.  This error sounds like it's complaining about an empty value set.  We are using RTC 4.0.0.1 and the configuration and process template look ok.

IBM, any update on this ? We have these errors in our CCM Logs as well and it is impacting all Widgets, intermittent errors are seen through out the day.

Have a log entry every 10 seconds..on our CCM log.

We solved our situation indirectly.  In our situation we have a master child relationship.  The child relationship was partially broken and some modification was done in the child area.  When we only have one child referencing one master area, we get no error, but when two child areas are connected to one master, we get the error.

We have seen similar case before when cross project workitem access, in which the other project area does not have .js file access. Therefore, the same .js file should be added to other project area as well in this kind of scenario.

In my above scenario, I identified a attribute related .js that was no longer referenced by the child to master,  so we tried adding that reference to the child but still didnt work -- I'm thinking we have had to fully break the child / master relationship, then it would have worked, but in this case, we got around it with the method above.
