Problem with RTC JTS setup

Hi All,

I have followed the IBM Rational Team concert extensibility lab exercise to setup test jazz server. It worked great for few days then suddenly it stopped working. When i started the server and tried to login to one of the project area , it displayed below error message-

Could not initialize component sync context CRJAZ0106E The server is temporarily unavailable. The request for the following URL was denied: /ccm/service/com.ibm.team.scm.common.IScmService.

And the url https://localhost:9443/jts/web also not working

I appreciate any advise on this .

UPDATE:
when i tried to the url https://localhost:9443/ccm/web i could see below stack trace-

Rerun the JUNIT test to create the Server and recreate the project.
Make sure the Launch you use is not broken and has any broken extension added.
