JBE with LDAP authentication

Adriano Fanelli (2333029) | asked Aug 11 '08, 9:12 a.m.
Hello Folks,
I've installed the Jazz Build Engine and to Startup it I need an UserId and Password.
I have active the LDAP authentication so my question is what UserId and Password should I use?
I saw that I there is an option -passwordFile but I cannot change it every time I change my Intranet password.
Thanx in Advance
Adriano

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The jazz build engine logs into the repository just like any other client.
For example, you could use the same credentials that you use to login with
the eclipse client.

You can use either the -pass or the -passwordFile argument. The only
difference is that with the latter, your password is not exposed on the
command line.

It is recommended that you have a special purpose build user, so that
operations performed by the automated build do not appear to be done by a
person on the team.

Usually you have an extra user for running the builds. He also has to set up his own workspace.
