Where do I get R362 patches?
I'm trying to update RTC 3.0.0.2 to RTC 4 RC3.
Or even installing RTC 4 RC3 into a base eclipse shell on my machine. I'm getting these complaints from IM: Feature "org.eclipse.help.R362patch" is missing Feature "org.eclipse.rcp.R362patch" is missing Feature "org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui.R362patch" is missing Feature "org.eclipse.platform.R362patch" is missing Feature "org.eclipse.pde.R362patch" is missing Feature "org.eclipse.jdt.R362patch" is missing It says to try looking for those updates from inside Eclipse or from eclipse.org. I can't find them in either place. Google search has never heard of them. Where do I get these? |

I'm trying to update RTC 3.0.0.2 to RTC 4 RC3. Hi John If you don't get any other suggestions - try installing the RTC4 client on your machine in another directory - and see if these features on there in that build. anthony |
Hi,
I have the same errore.
I had OEPE 3.6.1 and I tried to update to OEPE 3.6.2.
Finished installation process using Installation Manager, it throws the same error message:
Feature "org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui.R362patch" is missing
Feature "org.eclipse.pde.R362patch" is missing -->
Feature "org.eclipse.jdt.R362patch" is missing
Feature "org.eclipse.rcp.R362patch" is missing
Feature "org.eclipse.platform.R362patch" is missing
Feature "org.eclipse.help.R362patch" is missing
RTC client i want to install is 4.0.0.1
Any body found a solution?
Regards,
Cosimo

I had the same problem installing using IBMIM. Using the P2 installer for RTC 4.0.0.1 was successful.
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.0.1/RTC-Client-p2Repo-4.0.0.1.zip
This is found under Downloads -> Rational Team Concert 4.0.0.1 -> "All Downloads" then "p2 Install Repository"

John, did you find them? One of our developers here is upgrading the RTC plugin to 4.0 on an Oracle OEPE Eclipse and can't find them either. Thanks.
