what's content in parametersFile to set up jts server

above link describes how to set up server through repotools command, and it seems that if we specify parametersFile, then it will be in non-interactive mode to set up server.
Any one knows what the parametersFile look like, what properties should we define in it? Any example? I searched info center but found nothing detailed about it.

You can run through an interactive setup and have it produce the corresponding response file using syntax like: 
./repotools-jts.sh setup responseFile=../../defaultresponses.txt

When I run setup, can I skip any step that is not mandatory like Configure Data Warehouse? I remember when we set up through web UI, we can skip this step and configure later if needed.
