Could you be a bit more specific ? what kind of testing do you want to do?
Rational Performance Tester can test performance - even of RTC/RQM it self and integrates with RQM. Rational Functional Tester can do automated test and integrates with RQM. Junit tests can be picked up by RTC build.

eggPlant, the black box driven test tool performs cross browser testing. The test tool captures the browser icons as an image repository and then executes the scripts.
