viewing the list of active users in a Project Area

Hi,

Is there a way we can list out the users who are members of each project areas in RTC.

We should be able to see the user display name, Login id and email address.

In Serena PVCS I have seen this option and could not find in RTC.

Any suggestions.

Regards
amavila

If you open the Project Area the Overview tab will have a Members section, which shows the names of all members of the project, but not their ids and email addresses.

Using the RTC Client for Eclipse, you can also right click the Project Area in the Team Artifacts view, and select "Generate Runtime Report...". Part of this report will contain a list of all members for the project, which shows their name and id, but not email address.

Doesn't this only show the members added at the project area level itself and does not include individuals that are team members of any of the team areas in the hierarchy of that project area?

Susan

Although ... is there a way to tell the Runtime report NOT to include archived teams?

Parker,

Thanks for the information. Is this feature made available in the latest release of RTC. Because I checked in Eclipse client and could not find the option ""Generate Runtime Report...".

This is actually really nice!  For us at least, our userid is equal to our email address, so we get the Name and email address and it is in a nice html format so that it does show all of the hierarchy of teams and the people and roles on each team.

What version of RTC are you using? It seems this is available by default for 3.0 and later. There is a "trick" to getting it to work with RTC 2.0.0.2 described in this forum post: https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9484 If you are on an earlier version than that, there may not be an easy way to do this.
