What happened to License Metrics

At the end of March our JTS blew a fuse and couldn't assign licenses. After restarting the JTS and its applications license metrics aren't being gathered, but
no changes to the Report section of JTS were made.
Not sure what the blown fuse means .. can you check if the common jobs are running on the JTS server ? and check the jts-etl.log for errors.
