Display nothing after deploying customized report
I have following the guidance on https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsCreatingANewReport30 to create one report template, and when I preview it using BIRT Report Designer, I could get the resulted chart. But after I deploy it to RTC 3.0.1.3, there is always nothing displayed on the report except for below text: 2012-4-16 after 4:37.
Could you kindly show me the tips to resolve it? Thanks a lot! |

Try to change the Output Format of the Chart from svg to png. After that it works for me.
