Dashboard widges (Release Barndown, Velocity, Open vs Closed Work Items) are error.
Error message is below. It looks database connection error.

[] : Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000

How to fix this.


Greetings,

We experienced a transient error over the weekend here in North America that resulted in this access problem with the connection to the database. This has been resolved at this point and the dashboard widgets should not be working now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
