Project Area query selection in Personal Dashboard

I am trying to add a "Work Item Queries" widget to a personal dashboard. When I try to select a query, I can only select queries for "JKE Banking". How can I get the other project areas to show up as selectable?

Have you assigned project area access permission to that user in Access Control tab in project area editor? If not, just give a try.

Thanks for the response. The user in this case is me. In the project area, under access control, the radio button that is checked is "Members of the project heirarchy". I am listed a a member of the project area but there is a small icon by my name that says "resolving user". I'm not sure if that matters. I have access to the project area and it's artifacts but when using dashboards, I can't select the project area or use the queries created for it. Thanks in advance for the help.

There should be a drop down at the top of the work item query chooser that will let you pick which project you want to load queries from. If the project you're looking for isn't there, it's possible that you added the viewlet from the wrong server. If there are multiple CCM servers in your cluster, ensure that the viewlet was added from the correct catalog. The viewlet also appears in the QM catalog, so it's also possible it was added from there.

Another possibility is read permissions, as xingshaomin suggested. I'm not sure what "resolving user" means, but it's possible that's related. Have you checked if other project members are having the same problem?
