ETL schedule not not executing

ETL schedule schedule shows in the Upcoming Activities however when the execution time arrives the schedule does not kick off. When I go to the Current Activities there are no entries. I have to manually run the schedule.
Any information greatly appreciated. :(

Depending on your version, the problem might be that the password for the user who published that job had changes, but the changes was not updated in Cognos. You need to manually reset credentials. Here are the instructions:

For first time.....
Tools> MyPreferences>Personal>create credentile>Renew the credentile
OR
If you already been there then the options should be like this
Tools> MyPreferences>Personal>Renew the credentile

Also, as previously mentioned this was resolved in Cognos 10, so if you're on a newer version of Insight this may not be your problem, but I would start here.
