How to configure RTC to use log4j for logging

Hi,

I am trying to configure RTC to use log4j for logging. I specified the log4j.properties file in log4j.configuration system property, but seems like RTC is ignoring this and always using java.util.logging.

I think i have found the problem, it seems like RTC is dependent on org.apache.commons.logging to include a dependency on log4j.
