Issue with Progress Bars in All Plans view

Hi,

In my RTCweb client "All Plans" view, the progress bar is showing wrong info :
For example, my "Automation" plan which is a Phase plan says 0/8 h but there are lot of tasks which have been closed and estimated in this plan.
Most of the other phase plans also says 0/0 hrs done but number of tasks have been estimated and closed.

Also, when I click on the "Automation" plan and go to the "Plan details" view, Progress Bar(Hours) shows "1097/1105" which is correct.

Any idea why the Progress is not showing correctly on the "All Plans" view ?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

please provide the version of RTC, that helps, since we have several out there.

In the past I have seen issues with the progress because of inconsistent settings of the plan configuration (e.g. Owning team and iteration) for a plan. But there also have been real issues.

You might want to look into https://jazz.net/search_results.jsp?q=progress%20bar%20all%20plans#page=0&type=type%3DDocument-WorkItem&q=progress%20bar%20all%20plans

There are work items around this. Maybe you see the result of one of them. Currently jazz.net seems to have an issue, so I can't look into it. If none of them fit, I would suggest to create a work item or PMR. Also for your other post.

HI,

Thanks for the quick turnaround, I am on RTC 3.0 iFix 1.
