I ahve downloaded RQM 4.0 & IM 1.5.2 BETA. I have installed IM and when i am trying to start the installation of RQM i am facing this following issue:

Cmd for Installation:
./userinstc -acceptLicense -showVerboseProgress -input silent-install-server.xml --launcher.ini user-silent-install.ini

ERROR: The running Installation Manager's accessRights mode (accessRights=nonAdmin) is incompatible with the "/var/ibm/InstallationManager/installRegistry.xml" install registry's accessRights mode (accessRights=admin).
