Using ATOM XML to create/update RTC work items

Hello, Greetings.

I am looking for some pointers to use RTC REST Services (using RTC 2.0.0.11) using ATOM payload.

Do RTC 2 support creating work items using REST services where I will push an ATOM payload. I have been able to create work items using XML and JSON, but we need to use ATOM.

Any help is much appreciated,
