RTC on WAS/DB2 using J2EE DataSource

Yohko Tanaka (10523239) | asked Mar 15 '12, 2:52 a.m.
Did anybody successfully configure RTC on WAS/DB2 using WAS Datasource?
I've been trying this configuration, but haven't succeeded yet.
Using JDBC (Which I specify in jts setup wizard) works fine, but when I changed to J2EE DataSource from JDBC, RTC/JTS can't connect to the databases.
I was just wondering there is a case that using DataSource works fine.

First, I would make sure the WAS data source works ("Test Connection")
and then make sure that the jndi string is correct. Have you verified
this?

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, "Test Connection" works fine in the WAS admin console, and looking up the datasource also works fine in the jts setup wizard.

I'll take a look at this article. Thanks.
