Does RTC log failed deliver attempts?

During a recent demonstration of the process enactment capabilities of RTC, the question was asked if RTC logs these failed deliver attempts (for example delivery attempts with no associated work item or comment). The person that asked the question stated that this type of logging would be required for certain security compliance. If RTC does not currently have this capability, please advise and I will create a work item.

We are not logging these attempts as they are not resulting in any
changes of the contents of the stream.
