Is there RQM 4 beta specific forum?
Hi, Can some one tell me the forum to post RQM 4.0 question?
Has any one experience problem when upgrade from RQM3.0.1.2 to RQM4 Beta M7 on JTS:
2012-03-09 00:29:17,332 CRJAZ1093I The following service class was not activated: "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.PrimitiveTransactionService"
com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport.TeamServiceRegistryException: CRJAZ1092I The service class "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.PrimitiveTransactionService" failed during activation.

No there is no separate forum for RQM 4.0 Beta. You can post your question in same forum.
Regarding the problem you started for migration, Can you ask few questions
1. Did migration fail due to this error. Please attach full log.
2. Did you follow the steps as mentioned here
3. What is the database and application server, it is different from default Derby and Tomcat
