Folks-

Is it possible to use ClearCase command libraries to perform operations on RTC repositories? For ex, checkin, checkout, get latest etc.

We have a developer tool which only works with ClearCase command libraries. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No, to my knowledge this is impossible. You would have to use the RTC SCM command line tool or the Plain Java Client Libraries. To code a new tool.
