Risk Exposure field is not being populated.

While trying to create a Risk Definition, the Risk Exposure field is not being populated.

The Risk Exposure field is a field that should be automaitcally populated based on the values input for Risk Impact and Risk Probability.

PS: This project area using IBM OPAL 2.1 process template.

Can anyone help me?
