Create requirements and defect in RQM
Hi, I remember in RQM 2.0 can create requirement and defect without integrated with other req and defect tools.
In RQM v3.0.1, when create reqs, it said no config. If the feature removed from RQM? If customer only use RQM, and want to link req (maybe in excel format), is there way to import req to RQM? |

Hi, I remember in RQM 2.0 can create requirement and defect without integrated with other req and defect tools. Hi @sakulisalee, Please see the following articles in the CLM 3.x Information Center (documentation): * Rational Quality Manager version 3 upgrade considerations * Managing the team with work items * Migrating work-item-based requirements Of note, for most (all?) scenarios, no additional license purchase is required in order to maintain the same functionality that you had in 2.x. See Understanding licensing which explains The licensing scheme for version 3 products is role-based. When you purchase a role-based license, you will have read, write, and comment access to some or all of the capabilities of the Change and Configuration Management, Quality Management, and Requirements Management applications. Cheers, Patrick |
Thanks!
I know that the RQM professional license has the ability to create QM requirement and CCM defect. But can not custom the requirement template and do not have source control ability. Anyway customer can implement the CLM and use the basic function. |
