Problems to connect to RTC Eclipse Client 3.0.1

My userID / passcode is not working when trying to connect into (IGARTC03) at GTSRCUCV0

I have already reset my passcode via this site (https://jazz.net/) but still not working.

Hi,

I would assume if it is an internal IBM server you want to connect to you should use your intranet ID instead of the Jazz.net ID which is only for this site. That assumes you are allowed to connect the server. If you got an invite the user name in there might be a hint.
