RQM Date Format in BIRT

Hello
I'm using Birt for making some reports, and in the execution I have find the Start_execution and end_execution, there are supposed to be the dates but there are integer. Do anyone know how to convert thos numbers into the actual Date?

They are named as "start date" and "end date" in the data set of the Test Execution in PLANNING snapshot!

What is the version of RQM are you using? I did not see that in 3.x.
