Defect... Status condition not working in Predefined Query

I think I find a bug on both web and eclipse client:

Define a Query with condition "Status is Unresolved"... it works well under "My Queries" but as soon as I copy it to 'Pre-defined Queries", the status condition is ignored..

I tried the same with condition status = a specific status and it work fine..

could you please help to resolve it?

Can you open up a workitem for that problem?
