How to automatically get notified on created defects?
We have the below requirement for our RTC project area. We use RTC v3.0
When a defect is created in RTC, a group of users should automatically get notified about it's creation and also about all actions on the defect until it's resolved/verified.
For example, if 'Planned For' in the defect template is equal to a certain value, a group of users should be notified when defect is created and also on further actions rather than just originators, owners, admins etc.
Manually subscribing to the raised defect is very tedious considering the volume of defects that'll be raised on a daily basis.
It would be really helpful if anyone can throw some light on how this can be achieved if this feature is available with this version.
