Can you tell us a little bit about your setup? Are you using Tomcat or
WAS, and if WAS, are you using an LDAP setup?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
If you are using LDAP, ask your LDAP administrator to reset the password.

if you are using Tomcat user database as your auth realm, then anyone with JazzAdmins role can reset your password. From their RTC client, open your user record and click reset password. An email will be sent to you with the reset password information.
