How to enhance the 'Filed Against' field ?
I have RTC v 2.0.0.2 iFix 4
I would like to know if I can enhance the 'Filed Against' field from multi level tree structure (huge drop down list) to a single level such that when I select a higher level entry and click on a customized button associated to the chosen entry, the next level entries (check box) should get displayed in a separate window. This should allow to query against all levels of the node. I should be able to define the tree to any level of detail I want Any suggestions on whether this can be achieved? If yes, how do I do it? |
