Set project area name parameter in process template

I am trying to design a process template to include the project area name in both timelines and iterations as well as team areas. After investigation, I recognized that the parameter ${project-area-name} can only be called from the Setup Project action. In other places like timelines, the parameter ${project-area-name} will not be substituted by the real project area name.

Do I need to build extension as own follow-up action or is there an easy way to pass through the project area name?
