Some of our projects are using RAD7.5 and due to some technical reason they cant shift to RAD 8.0. Is it possible to integrate rtc 3.0.1 client into RAD 7.5.

Not currently, but the RAD team is investigating whether this is
feasible. You should let your RAD sales rep know that you are
interested in this functionality.
