Does anyone know of a plugin to enable copy/move when multiple work items are selected? OR Is there any other mechanism to create bulk copies (I need a link created between the parent and child after the copy)?

If you use the 'Work Item Template' mechanism described in Bulk duplication of work items post, your child/parent relationships will be 'ported' as well - e.g. if you create a 'Work Item Template' with 1 Story and 2 children Tasks, when you will 'Create new Work Items from Template' just defined, the work items created will include the Parent/child linkage.
