Dashboard updates do not 'stick'

I just upgraded from 3.0 to 3.0.1. I find I have a problem in 3.0.1 which I had in 3.0. Changes to any dashboard: project or personal do not 'stick'.

I can make changes to any dashboard. Save the dashboard with a successful message on the page. But when I return to that dashboard, the changes are not saved.

There are no errors in jts.log, jazz.log or WAS. Currently running RTC 3.0.1, WAS 7 and DB2 v9.7. Same scenario existed when running RTC 3.0, WAS 6.1 and DB2 v9.5. Originally configuration was RTC 2.0.0.2, WAS and DB2.

I was never prompt to migrate dashboards during setup of either RTC 3.0 (that I can remember) or 3.0.1.

Is there a way to run the migrate dashboards command manually for RTC 3.0.1?

Other thoughts about the scenario?

Now my dashboards are saving, but I have another issue... Project Dashboards: : Settings: Query: the Team Area and Iteration lists are empty. Says 0 of 0 selected at the bottom of the empty list.

Any one with an idea why the lists are not being populated with the project Team Areas and Iterations?
