How to get file history (change-sets)API ?

Hello,

I need to get the history (change-sets) for each file on deliver operation , server side.

What is the right way to make it?

  1. Terrible Idea to think an answer to a 3 year old question is a question
    2.There is no Python API I would be aware of.
