License Error: Build Forge license key is corrupt or missing

qiu saphen (27126039) | asked Jan 16 '12, 9:06 a.m.
Hi,
I encounter this error while logging in build forge console. I changed my build forge server's domain name last week. So I request a new license file just now and then install the license file and it can startup successfully with the port 27000.
But after I restart build forge, I use root user to log in console, I still see this error...
It is very confused!

The buildForge version is 7.1.2

The license server manager logs are:

I have found that if you shutdown the license and console and wait a min to restart helps.

I do it as follows:

Start the license server... wait a min, then start the console. That 'usually' resolves lic issues for me.

You may also want to issue a reread option to make sure the license picks up the new file. May have cached the old.

Good luck!
