How to find process of Lifecycle Project area

We're using CLM 3.0.1.1 on Windows Server 2008 64 bit with Derby database
and Apache Tomcat application server.

One of our team member had created a Lifecycle project area and 3 application projects. I wanted to find the template used in the lifecycle project. Please let me know how to find it.

Any help is much appreciated.
