Help needed with importing data into Multi-Item check lists.

Michael Batt (111) | asked Jan 09 '12, 2:00 p.m.
Ive hit a problem importing multiple data items into Multi-Item check lists in RQM.

I'm using the .csv import facility in RTC V2.0.0.2 to import defects into RQM V2.0.1.1. jazz.net describes the format as a space delimited list, but this just takes the first literal value and inserts it at the bottom of the Multi-Item check list. Using comma delimiters, the first item is highlighted correctly, but all additional items are inserted as literals at the bottom of the list.

Inserting the values Debit IP(214) and Debit Dial E4(218):

Debit IP(214) is highlighted correctly in the list.
Debit Dial E4(218) is inserted as SofTransSet.literal.l62 at the end of the list.

While you are doing this in RQM, you may have more success getting an answer to this question in the RTC forum since it is RTC functionality.
