Problem to Configure RTC

Hello guys,

Im trying to install RTC on my server.

I can install:
- IM 1.5.0
- RTC 3.0.1
- java 1.6.0_26 SUN

when I just log into web browser to configure the RTC, I can not pass by the second step: Configure public URI.

I can not type the URI, like u can see in the picture!

Can someone help me???

Hello guys,

Have you restart WAS after all the JAV_HOME, etc variables on the JAVA virtual machine have been done?

Thanks for these links. Helped me realize that I had to apply fix patch to WAS 7.0 to update to 7.0.0.21
Now it works!
