How to migrate workitems?

We are currently on CLM version 3.0.1, We have migrated to CLM 3.0.1 from RTC 2.x. Our Public URI has ip address in it. Now we need to migrate the server to a different environment (public URI is going to change). Is there any way i can migrate?

I dont mind doing work item migration as well, but i was looking for steps but do not find any.

This is an urgent issue, Any ideas that can help me do a migration are greatly appreciated.
