how to add text to job details page

Is it possible to add some text to the Job Details page by the Project Environment section? I have a number of environment variables which I've named as descriptively as I can but I would like to add some text that would give more information about them to the user when they start the build and fill in those fields. Is that possible?

no, that is not possible. I have seen customers create a custom UI front-end with those types of things, but native to BF, no.
