RTC allows an image to be attached to a user profile.

There is no restriction on the size of the image that can be added. We've seen some users with > 10 MB bitmaps being added.

As far I can see, the image that should be added should only be a thumbnail size image.

Is there any recommendation on the size of images?

A related point is that when these profile images are in plans, since they are not cached (as per https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=173355), RTC's performance for loading plans can be affected.

Is this enhancement 173355 planned for RTC 4.0?
