Changing the default Query option in Items Per Page Drop down

One of the user has reported an issue when enter a value in the filtering field it displays the results from the first 50 items. Having selected the option Show All it displays all the results based on the filtering criteria.


For a Query All Defects - by default I want "Show All" value to appear in the Items Per Page Dropdown menu.

It is showing for me as 50 Items per page by default. How to make this change ?
