We are getting lots of build failures, ending with this:

/home/build12/jazz/buildsystem/buildengine/eclipse/workspace/src/rtc-build-includes.xml:249: com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: CRJAZ0040I I/O error preprocessing the stream: Input length = 2

Any clues? Could it be related to http auth issues (see my previous post)?
