why ISPF load change the ID of source to current z/os id?

The client load a component to Zos through RTC ISPF.
Some parameters of PDS member has been changed,some not
all size become 0
created and changed is all right,not been altered
id has been altered into the current user id
If the id parameter could not been altered,because the client want to see who latest alter the source .
Can someone help?
