I need to enforce approval based on the value of attributes.

I have a enum attibute and based on the value I need to enforce the approval.

Hi,

I am not sure what you want to do. My interpretation of your post is: You require a work item to deliver changes and Based on some attribute value a deliver operation would require an approval.

Currently there is no built in precondition that I am aware of that would support this.

You can certainly write such a (server) precondition using the SDK.
