work item visibility

Hello,

Is it possible to limit the visibility of a work item based on users? Eg, I would like to have some users visibility to the entire work item, but other users (eg. external customers) only see the status portion of the work item, and not the comments section.

Is this currently possible in RTC?

Currently you an only linit to whole work items, based on access, and project membership https://jazz.net/library/article/554 . You can also hide attributes in states but not based on user role as far as i know. Hiding in the presentation does probably not limit querying the attribeut either.
