TypeError: "dojox.data.com" is null or not an obje

Using qm, when I attempt to run a QTP test case I get this message:
TypeError: "dojox.data.com" is null or not an object.

This problem has started happening on a new test case and an old one that recently worked ok.

After this happens it leave the adaptor inuse.
restarting the adaptor allows me to retry, but it again gets:

TypeError: "dojox.data.com" is null or not an object.

Found a hung copy of QTP & killed it, restarted qm. After that it went ok.
